Decent stay. Nothing to complain about. Quite clean.
Breakfast staff were kind of rude if you showed up a minute early to breakfast. Breakfast was overpriced and lacklustre. Disappointing frankly. Food was being brought out in small amounts. Replenished way too slowly. Felt like supply was being choked on purpose. Staff were constantly moving around and looking busy but many of the food items were missing.

Wonderful
clean, connected to a metro station and offices where there are lots of restaurants with delicious food
The treatment of one of the staff named Shiga was very rude, this was the second time we checked into the hotel and brought a lot of things, the welcome drink voucher (for one cup of coffee available in the lobby) happened to be left in the hotel room, and we asked to get a replacement voucher which we were going to return it the next day (because it was midnight and we were very tired), SHE arrogantly said "no way, you have to take your voucher, many guests have reasons like you and don't come back to return the voucher!", imagine just for a cup coffee for ¥3,000 we as guests were treated to an unprofessional attitude

Good location, nice staff and comfortable residence
location is good for us to travel to any destination for shopping and eating. We enjoyed with the location of the hotel. We expected to go back at this hotel again. Staff is very welcome to serve us.
